I had a Production Manager who had connections with several realtors in the area. He provided introductions to all the realtors, which was incredibly valuable, as they play a crucial role in connecting potential homebuyers with lenders.
By leveraging these introductions, I had the opportunity to establish myself as a reliable and trustworthy loan originator. Over time, my network and reputation within the industry have grown, enabling me to serve more clients and develop a strong foothold in the real estate lending business.
It's essential to continue building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated with industry trends and regulations to thrive in the mortgage industry.
